Figured Thanksgiving is as good a day as any to start making entries in this thing.

Nothing to report. It's 5 in the morning in Seattle, I can't sleep, and yep, it's raining.
I'm watching the Star Trek dvd with the commentary on, and purposefully starving myself for the meal that's about 10 hours away.

The real reason I wanted to make an entry is my latest pin-up girl which was finished only minutes ago. Nothing especially outrageous or shocking, but I think it may very well be my best piece of the year. I can't remember the last time I put this much planning, thought, humor or detail into a single drawing. It's a bit of a tribute to what may very well be the standard pin-up girl of the Facebook/Myspace century. The girl playing with her camera phone in the bathroom mirror. Ladies, you're all guilty of it! And some of us guys are as well.

As usual, a huge portion of the credit goes to Photoshop, however I am particularly proud of the actual drawing and pen work, considering if was finished last night in a noisy karaoke bar, surrounded by my rowdy friends, cocktails and pints of beer always threatening to be spilled onto my poor Mona Lisa. Not to mention the worst lighting anybody could attempt to work in. I've most likely damaged my vision for your enjoyment.
